I have a problem with my Vape69 order
We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Vape69 order. We always aim to provide first class service to all of our customers, and occasionally there may be something that doesn’t quite go to plan. If any problems arise, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. Our Customer Service team is here from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to help with any order issues. Simply send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number and our team will be more than happy to help and get any problems resolved that may have arisen.
My order hasn’t arrived
Most orders are received within 7 days of dispatch. Contact out customer services team if your order hasn’t arrived after a calendar week via firstname.lastname@example.org making sure to quote your order number
- Generally Royal Mail deliver within 1-5 working day delivery time, but please allow 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed to the value of £20 or over

Why do we need to verify your age before purchase?
In the UK, you must be 18 to purchase products containing nicotine.
This means that companies selling vape juice need to be able to prove that their customers are over the age of 18. There are a couple of ways to check someone’s age. First is by asking customers to upload photo identification via email etc. This method is used by a wide range of industries such as gambling websites. These sites also use Age Verification companies to perform automatic checks the same as we do.
We perform the check only once when you’ve placed an order, via 1Account.net to validate your age.
